Beauties in Business is a community platform spotlighting founders, creatives, and leaders making an impact in business and culture. Created under the Hause of Jewels Von J brand, the platform was founded by Jewels alongside her co-founder, Constance, who is also her mother. Together, they envisioned a space where entrepreneurs could be recognized, supported, and connected through storytelling, collaboration, and meaningful experiences.

Through the Beauties in Business platform, entrepreneurs and industry leaders are featured across our website and social media channels, sharing the stories, insights, and lessons behind their journeys. Meet the Co-Founder: Jewels

Jewels is the visionary behind Hause of Jewels Von J, a luxury beauty and accessories brand, and co-founder of the Beauties in Business platform. With nearly two decades of experience in the beauty industry as a licensed cosmetologist, she has built her career at the intersection of beauty, entrepreneurship, and community.

Her journey began with a passion for creativity and self expression, eventually evolving into a multi-faceted brand that blends beauty, wellness, and curated experiences. Through both Hause of JVJ and the Beauties in Business platform, Jewels is dedicated to creating spaces where entrepreneurs can connect, gain visibility, and grow.

As a lupus warrior, her work is also deeply rooted in purpose. Through community initiatives, events, and partnerships, she is committed to raising awareness while empowering others to pursue their vision with confidence and resilience.

Together with her co-founder Constance, she continues to expand Beauties in Business as a platform that celebrates founders, creatives, and leaders making an impact in business and community.
